Children of a Loving Father

"but Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them; for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven." 1

The Father's Children

God loves His children, every one;
To each of them He sends His Son
As ransom paid to set them free
To become Love eternally.

The Shepherd leads each little one
To give Love freely like the Son.
He seeks them out whene'er they stray;
He carries them back to the Way.

The voices of His children raise
An endless hymn of thankful praise.
Their hearts, in union, beat as one:
An image of His Risen Son.

We thank You, Father, with one voice:
Your will, kind Father, is our choice.
